A water-activated fibreglass composite tape that sets rock-hard — even under water. Arrest pipeline and tank leakages, reinforce corroded pipe, and repair broken parts in minutes.

Magic-Wrap is a resin-impregnated, water-activated fibreglass cloth tape. It comes in a hermetically sealed foil pouch and is ready to use — no measuring, no mixing, no special tools. Activate it with plain salt or fresh water, wrap the damaged section, and let it cure.
When applied with the appropriate primary sealant, Magic-Wrap restores a pipe to its original psi rating and can actually make the repair area stronger than the original. Initial setting time is around 30 minutes at 24 °C. It is safe, non-toxic, non-combustible and odourless.
Burst pipes, force mains and gravity lines — back in service in under an hour.
Reinforce thinned sections before scheduled replacement.
Elbows, tees and odd geometries — Magic-Wrap conforms tightly.
Splash zones and submerged lines — cures wet.
Seal leaking joints without disassembly.
Adds an abrasion and impact-resistant shell over exposed lines.
Dampens vibration and pipe noise in engine rooms and pump houses.
Seal and shield steel, SS, copper and FRP from aggressive environments.
Clean and roughen the area. Remove oil and foreign particles.
Soak Magic-Wrap in water for 20 seconds, wearing gloves.
Wrap the entire roll approximately 2" above and below the repair, as tightly as possible.
Squeeze and mould in the direction of wrap for ~3 minutes until tacky. Cure for 30 minutes.
Rule of thumb: apply a minimum of 8 layers using 50% overlap, achieved in 4 passes — reversing direction after each pass. Use 4–5 ft of Magic-Wrap per inch of pipe diameter. For larger diameters, use multiple rolls or special-order sizes (4" × 20', 30', 50'). For plugging holes where wrapping isn't possible, unravel, form a ball, plug the hole and apply hand pressure for ~5 minutes.
